IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT OSHA REPLACEMENT CARDS
- OSHA no longer issues replacement cards for training more than three (3) years old.
- There is a $25.00 fee to replace lost OSHA cards.
- State of Connecticut requires OSHA training renewal every five (5) years.
- OSHA 10 meets the 5-year requirement.
- OSHA 10 is a stand-alone course and cannot be applied to OSHA 30 Certification.
